VW are the most evil motherf%ckets. First the spare wheel is half the size to force to to take it in for repairs quicker (100% why no other reason). Second the wheel locking nuts I mean what the actual f%^ck, its clearly to discourage people from doing it themselves and the HAVE to take it into VW if they lose it. Seriously people must have been stranded on the side of the soad in their VW's for days trying to source a replacement locking nut bit to replace a flat tyre. Also the half size wheels are insanely dangerous for turning, braking and mine literally tore it self apart after 1 month of use, its a literal time bomb. Edit: It really exposes what the whole "insane German enngineering" is all about. Its do weird sh%t thats different and try to convice everyone its superior. The worst part of the car has to been the wheels but the second is the AC which is on if you get this ..turn OFF the "econ" button. There must be millions out there in old VWs thinking their air con is broken when you need to turn off that button. Also heat from the engine comes through unless your on full cold so you can never just have ventilation......unless you switch ON the econ button. The car itself is fine enginewise (Im guess they just copy everyone as most do) but the evil money making decision that make the car insanely dangerous are seriously almost criminal. Edit 2: Ok in a stroke of luck I found the lug as I was giving up, I think I would have been arrested, have a police order to change the tyre. Now Im a month out from finishing the prototype and wait....the small tyre ruptured after a month......gonna be a vlose one peeps

Re last comment, the last guy said that they replaced the locking lug nut, as customers don't like them. Peace

very dumb in my opinion. my buddy just got a 2012 vw cc and wanted me to change the brakes and rotors and we couldnt because there is an anti theft bot on every tire and the one that is supposed to be in the trunk is godknows where.. soooooooooooo we call the local vw dealership and the lady tells us the CUT THEM OFF!! she says they dont sell a tool for it and that their technicians have a special tool to cut them off so now hes forced to drive with a bad rotor till we can finally get one ordered
